Need to share a message with your team? Post it on the new noticeboard. Select who should see it, they’ll get notified, and they can react with a 👍. Easy updates, fast feedback.
Instructor rescheduling
Instructors can now manage sessions directly — with limits you control.
You decide whether they can:
- Only cancel & reschedule immediately (with public and internal reason),
- Or fully manage the session (cancel, reschedule, or just delete).
The power to fully remove a session still stays with the Account Owner.
Perfect balance between flexibility and control.

Multistep registration forms variation
Booking form can now be split in steps: choose course → enter info → select payment → confirm. Easier for clients, better conversion for you.

You can now mark certain unmatched payments as ignored — and they’ll stop cluttering your reports.

Network reporting
Franchise owners can now view and manage network-wide data with internal reports — not visible to clients.
Global client profile
Clients who attend courses across multiple branches now see everything under one login. No more account switching.

Consent at your fingertips
Instructors can now see client consents directly in the attendance view — no digging needed.
Updated permanent pass usage
Pass entry usage is now shown in attendance and order detail — not in the payments section — for better clarity.
Confirmation screen for Open Lessons
After registering and confirming email, clients are now redirected to a screen to pick their preferred session. Fewer missed steps.
Personal profile updates
Users can now edit their name, contact info, and upload an avatar that appears across the app.
